1. The demo
This is a pre-release build that IDEASAM provides "as is" to collect feedback. IDEASAM may change, suspend or end it at any time, and playing it does not guarantee that the full game will be released or what it will contain. By using the demo you agree to these terms.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 14 years old to use the demo.
3. Leaderboard and prizes
This version includes an optional leaderboard with no sign-in. Joining is voluntary: if you post a run, you choose a nickname that is shown publicly together with your scores and rank (see the Privacy Policy). Please choose a nickname that does not impersonate IDEASAM or others; IDEASAM may remove an entry or change a nickname that does. Each game account has one nickname, which cannot be changed after posting.
Prize tickets and prizes: if your result reaches the top 5 of a leaderboard category at the time you post, you are shown a prize ticket code. The code is the only key to a prize, so keep it private and save it; IDEASAM cannot recover a lost code or verify ownership without it, and anyone who has the code can claim the prize. After the demo closes, IDEASAM selects the top 5 of each category, may verify the results (for example by checking play logs or recordings) and may exclude entries that appear to result from cheating, tampering or automated play. Prizes are coupon codes sent to the email address entered on the winners page within the claim period announced with the results; they have no cash value, are not transferable by IDEASAM on your behalf and may be subject to additional rules announced separately before they are awarded.
4. Your conduct
Do not interfere with the service, tamper with the demo or its network traffic, use cheats or automated tools, or harass others in IDEASAM's feedback and community channels.
5. Feedback
If you send feedback or ideas to IDEASAM, you give IDEASAM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without any obligation to you.
6. Ownership
The demo and its content belong to IDEASAM and its licensors. You may play it for personal, non-commercial use; no other rights are granted.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the demo is provided without warranties, and IDEASAM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance for disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. IDEASAM may update these terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date.

1. 데모
이 데모는 IDEASAM이 피드백을 모으기 위해 "있는 그대로" 제공하는 출시 전 빌드입니다. IDEASAM은 언제든 내용을 바꾸거나 중단·종료할 수 있으며, 플레이했다고 해서 정식 출시나 그 구성이 보장되지는 않습니다. 데모를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 이용 대상
데모는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 리더보드와 경품
이번 버전에는 로그인 없이 쓰는 선택형 리더보드가 있습니다. 참여는 자발적이며, 기록을 올리면 직접 정한 닉네임이 점수·순위와 함께 공개됩니다(개인정보처리방침 참고). IDEASAM이나 타인을 사칭하는 닉네임은 쓰지 마세요. 그런 경우 IDEASAM이 기록을 삭제하거나 닉네임을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 게임 계정마다 닉네임은 하나이며 등록한 뒤에는 바꿀 수 없습니다.
경품권과 경품: 기록을 올린 시점에 어느 분야든 상위 5위 안에 들면 경품권 코드가 표시됩니다. 이 코드는 경품을 받는 유일한 열쇠이므로 다른 사람에게 보여 주지 말고 꼭 저장해 두세요. 잃어버린 코드는 IDEASAM도 복구할 수 없고 코드 없이는 본인 여부를 확인할 수 없으며, 코드를 가진 사람은 누구나 경품을 받을 수 있습니다. 데모가 마감되면 IDEASAM이 분야별 상위 5위를 정하고, 결과를 확인(예: 플레이 기록·영상 확인)할 수 있으며, 부정 행위·변조·자동화로 보이는 기록은 제외할 수 있습니다. 경품은 결과와 함께 안내한 수령 기간 안에 당첨자 확인 페이지에 입력한 이메일로 보내는 쿠폰 코드이며, 현금 가치가 없고 IDEASAM이 대신 이전해 주지 않으며 지급 전에 별도로 공지하는 추가 규정이 있을 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자의 행위
서비스 방해, 데모와 통신의 변조, 부정 행위 및 자동화 도구 사용, IDEASAM의 피드백·커뮤니티 채널에서의 타인 괴롭힘을 하지 마세요.
5. 피드백
IDEASAM에 보내신 피드백과 아이디어는 IDEASAM이 대가 없이, 비독점적으로, 전 세계에서 사용할 수 있도록 허락하신 것으로 봅니다. IDEASAM은 이에 대해 이용자에게 어떤 의무도 지지 않습니다.
6. 권리
데모와 그 콘텐츠의 권리는 IDEASAM과 권리자에게 있습니다. 개인적·비상업적 플레이만 허용되며 그 밖의 권리는 부여되지 않습니다.
7. 면책
법이 허용하는 범위에서 데모는 보증 없이 제공되며, IDEASAM은 데모 이용으로 생기는 간접·결과적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
8. 준거법과 변경
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다. 다만 이용자가 거주지에서 갖는 강행 소비자 보호 권리는 제한되지 않습니다. IDEASAM은 새 버전을 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시해 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
